GVA, acting on behalf Garrison Barclay Estates Ltd, hereby give notice of the intention to apply for planning permission to convert and reuse the former Royal Mail Postal Exchange in Newport for mixed use purposes.

The proposed scheme seeks to convert and extend the existing building for mixed use purposes, comprising an 80-bed hotel (Use Class C1) and a digital hub (office accommodation - Use Class B1), together with associated parking, landscaping and ancillary infrastructure.
