Union StreetGVA, acting on behalf of the landowner, Jehu Group, hereby give notice of the intention to apply for full planning permission to provide 60 no. one and two bed extra care apartments (Use Class C3) to be comprised within one building at the Former Magistrates’ Court site on Union Street in Pontypridd, together with communal facilities, car parking, external areas and servicing arrangements.
