GVA, acting on behalf of Ixion Developments Limited, hereby give notice of the intention to apply for planning permission to demolish the redundant former Red Lion Inn (public house) and to redevelop the site for residential purposes.

The proposed scheme would accommodate a total of 17 no. apartments, split across two separate buildings, divided by a retaining wall. The proposed apartment building facing High Street (Building 1) would consist of 11 no. apartments (5 no. 1-beds and 6 no. 2-beds). The proposed apartment building to the rear (west) of the site (Building 2) would consist of 6 no. 1-bed units.
