Land adjacent Llangan Primary SchoolGVA, acting on behalf of the applicants, Messrs Crandon and Newydd Housing Association, hereby give notice of the intention to apply for full planning permission to provide 13 affordable homes, additional office space, a community building and ancillary development including landscaping, drainage, car parking, creation of a new vehicular access and other associated infrastructure, on the land adjacent Llangan Primary School. We would be grateful to receive any comments you may wish to make on the draft proposal, which has been placed on deposit for a period of 28 days. Anyone who wishes to make representations about this proposed development is encouraged to either:
