GVA, acting on behalf of the landowner, A & JM Sheppard Ltd, hereby give notice of the intention to apply for outline planning permission to develop approximately 38 dwellings on land adjacent to the B4275 in Aberaman, together with access improvements, landscaping, drainage and other associated infrastructure.

We would be grateful to receive any comments you may wish to make on the draft proposal, which has been placed on deposit for a period of 28 days. Anyone who wishes to make representations about this proposed development is encouraged to either:
